The Baby Star-Dust Foundation has been created in memory of Star Hobson.  Star was murdered by her mother's partner when she was just 16 months old - a horrific crime that unjustly cut Baby Star's life tragically short.

The Baby Star-Dust Foundation is working to stop this happening again by providing support to vulnerable families, starting in Bradford, which is where Star was born.

As listed by the Charity Commission, our charitable objectives are:

​

1) the provision of playtime opportunities for children in impoverished areas;

​

2) to support and educate parents in how to play and engage with their young children;

​

3) raise awareness of abuse within the domestic setting (adults and children).  Highlighting the signs and signposting to appropriate services.

​

4) to undertake, commission, facilitate and support other such activities and services as are beneficial to achieving the above objects and are charitable by law.
